Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped by the second business day after the order placed. Many times your order will be shipped the next or even same day (if placed early enough).

All items we have for sale are kept in-stock (we do not pre-sell or backorder items).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Defective items will be replaced free of charge for an equal item.

Unopened merchandise can be returned for the original purchase price (minus any shipping costs).

All returns or exchanges must include an RA number and we must be contacted first.

Opened merchandise that is not defective cannot be returned.
